With a degree in Computer Programming from Bowling Green Business College and a Banking Degree from Illinois Wesleyan University's Community Bankers School, Fay excelled professionally—leading projects in banking and technology, including recognition as President of the Data Processing Management Association.
Beyond career success, Fay poured his heart into service—whether on the Simpson County School Board, the Franklin-Simpson Chamber of Commerce, or as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher in his church.
